  First of alll I want to say great blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like tto ask if you do not
  mind. I was interested to find out how youu center yourself and clear
  your thoughts before writing. I've had diifficulty clearing my
  mind in getting myy ideas out. I truly do taje pleasure in writing but it
  just seems lie the firs 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying tto figure out how to begin. Any suggestions
